We include few persons from village willing to volunteer in such initiative for preserving / maintaining the work done by the Company under CSR. What percentage of customer complaints/consumer cases are pending as on the end of financial year. The Company has no open or unresolved customer complaint for the Financial Year 2020-2021. 2. Yes/No/N.A./Remarks (additional information) All our finished products are liquids and are generally sold to industrial users. All the necessary information pertaining to the product transportation, safety and quality is provided along with the products. 3. Is there any case filed by any stakeholder against the company regarding unfair trade practices, irresponsible advertising and/or anti-competitive behaviour during the last five years and pending as on end of financial year. If so, provide details thereof, in about 50 words or so. No case is filed against the Company. Further, since the company is in B2B segment, Company does not advertise its products in any newspapers, TV media or on social platform. 4.
