Privi has benchmarked its performance on Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) Platform for Sustainability and Climate Change and maintaining the "Management Level B" rating for the third consecutive year in 2025. This achievement places Privi at the forefront of the chemical sector, holding the best rating in the industry while standing on par with its international peers.

Privi has been recognized with a "Leadership Level A-" rating for the second consecutive year in its excellence in corporate transparency and performance in Water Security Disclosure by CDP. This achievement has earned Privi a coveted spot on CDP’s annual ‘A List’ for 2025, reaffirming its commitment to sustainable water management and environmental stewardship.

Privi is proud to announce its CDP Forest rating for the year 2025. We have achieved a ‘Management Level B’ rating for the second consecutive year, which is higher than the Asia regional average.

The Science Based Targets initiative has validated and approved the science-based greenhouse gas emissions reductions target(s) submitted by Privi Speciality Chemical Limited conform with the SBTi Criteria and Recommendations (Criteria version 5.1).

SBTi has classified Privi’s scope 1 and 2 target ambition as in line with a 1.5°C trajectory.

Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited commits to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 50.4% by FY2032 from a FY2022 base year. Privi Speciality Chemical Limited also commits to reduce absolute scope 3 GHG emissions 35% by FY2034 from a FY2024 base year.

EcoVadis is a globally recognized authority in business sustainability ratings, evaluating companies on their ESG practices across four key areas: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Its methodology is aligned with leading international sustainability standards and frameworks, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), and ISO guidelines.

We have active membership of Sedex which is the world's leading online platform for companies to manage and improve working conditions in global supply chains. The Sedex assessment consists of 4 key pillars - Labour Standards, Health & Safety, Environment and Business Ethics.

Privi is certified for RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) supply chain standards which Ensures palm oil or its derivatives sold as ‘sustainable palm oil’ have been produced by certified plantations.

Our business is closely related with SDGs and we actively work towards 10 out of 17 UN SDG’s. These SDGs are aligned with the organization's business strategy which includes revenue growth by creating new opportunities for market differentiation and growth through innovation.

Privi participated in the UN Global Compact (UNGC) and commits to meet fundamental responsibilities in four areas: human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption and actively submitting the annual Communication on Progress (CoP) report that outlines our efforts to operate responsibly and support society. Privi has been signatory for UN Global Compact (UNGC) since year 2023.

This milestone reflects our ongoing efforts to advance responsible practices across the fragrance and flavor value chain.
